2008 Syrah
The grapes for this wine were grown at Marichel Vineyard and hand-harvested on October 10th, 2008 at about 27 Brix. The wine was aged for 18 months in a mixture of new and older french oak. Classic Syrah aromas flavours are framed by excellent structure and refined tannins. Drink with enjoyment now, or if you prefer, experience this premium wine after a decade or more of aging.

This New World blend marries two famous Rhone varietals - Syrah and Viognier. The grapes for this wine were grown primarily in the deep roots vineyard of Bryan and Debra Hardman on the Naramata Bench. The grapes for this wine were grown in Marichel's own estate vineyard on the Naramata Bench. Hand-harvested on november 3rd, 2010 at about 22 Brix. This wine has sparkling acidity, stone fruit aromas and tropical flavours in the classic Viognier style.
